Aaron Baxter
Chief Executive Officer
With 25+ years’ experience in financial services, Aaron spent 18 years with GE Capital leading Corporate, Commercial & Consumer Finance businesses. Before jumping into the driver’s seat at Angle Auto, Aaron spent seven years with Element Fleet Management leading Custom Fleet ANZ as a pure stand-alone fleet leasing business. Aaron is a growth-oriented CEO, with a focus on customers and partners, and a successful track record in building businesses.
David Nicholls
Chief Risk Officer
David has over 15 years of Financial Services experience across Risk Management, Finance and Operations and sees his role as critical to guide and influence business decisions. Prior to joining Angle Auto Finance, David was Chief Risk Officer for IQumulate Premium Funding and the Chief Risk Officer for BMW Group Financial Services.
Jason Britt
Chief Technology & Operations Officer
Jason is a leading IT executive with experience across multiple industries and was previously CIO & Head of Product at Element Fleet Management, the largest pure play commercial financial leasing company in the world. With a suite of other lead roles at GE, GE Capital, NAB and Deloitte to his name, Jason has been delivering at the forefront of information and technology for over 20 years.
Rebecca Henderson
Chief Customer & Marketing Officer
Rebecca has over 25 years of Financial Services experience and uses a data-led collaborative approach to align commercial goals with customer needs. Prior to joining Angle Auto Finance, Rebecca was Head of Business Bank Marketing at Macquarie Bank and Strategic Marketing Director for GE Capital.
Jason Murray
Chief Financial Officer
Jason brings decades of financial and business strategy to the role of CFO at Angle Auto. He has extensive experience with ASX and LSE-listed companies, and large multi-asset loan books, having been Head of NAB Private Bank and CFO of humm group. He also carved out a successful career in capital markets with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and JP Morgan, across Sydney, London and New York.
Craig Neville
Chief Commercial Officer
A highly experienced leader with extensive experience across multiple industries in strategy, finance, insurance, sales and marketing, operations and customer experience. Craig’s role as Chief Commercial Officer is instrumental to Angle Auto Finance’s vision in delivering market leading finance experience. His career has included multiple Senior Executive roles, including General Manager, Customer Experience at Toyota Finance.
Allyson Carlile
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Allyson aligns HR strategies with overall business goals. With over 20 years’ experience with MetLife, NAB Asset Management, Westpac, BT Financial Group and Barclays Global Investors, Allyson also brings extensive knowledge and expertise in Organisational Design, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
Matt Beaman
General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer
Matt brings with him more than 20 years’ private practice and in-house legal experience in banking and finance, as well as structured and asset finance. He has held the roles of Group General Counsel and Group Head of Operational Risk & Compliance for humm group, Chief Legal Counsel for CIT Group Asia-Pacific, and General Counsel of Lloyds Banking Group Australia.
