We have a variety of financial hardship support options to help you, including:

Reduced repayments

Lighten the load with lower repayments over a set period while you are experiencing financial difficulty and limit the amount you’ll need to catch up on, when you are back on track.

Repayment holiday

Need a breather? We can pause your repayments, giving you time to get back on your feet. Keep in mind, repayment holidays can make it harder to catch up on future payments.

Support with Overdue Amounts

We can work with you to adjust your repayment schedule to help you cover any missed repayment or overdue fees. This could include a Payment Arrangement where you catch up on your overdue amount in addition to your normal repayment or an extension of your loan or lease term to maintain your current regular repayment.

Selling your vehicle

Sometimes, selling your vehicle can be the most effective way to manage your finances. You can learn more about this process here.

Voluntary surrender

If selling the vehicle yourself isn’t an option, you can arrange a voluntary surrender of your vehicle. Note, additional costs associated with your vehicle sale will apply. You can learn more about this process here.
